Description

  • 1) Research Grant and Contract Services is not required to sign off at the LOI stage of this funding opportunity. Please notify your Associate Dean (Research) and Department Head of your intention to submit an LOI to this competition.
  • 2) If your LOI is selected to go forward to the full application stage, we request that you contact the applicable RGCS individual indicated below at least 10 working days prior to the application deadline, as terms and conditions of the opportunity may require the inclusion of overhead costs (as per the Indirect Cost of Externally Funded Research Policy).
  • 3) Institutional Review by RGCS will be required at the full application stage.

Crohn’s and Colitis Canada is currently accepting applications for the 2018 Grants-in-Aid of Research Competition. The deadline to submit a Letter of Intent is Monday, November 20, 2017.

The Crohn’s and Colitis Canada Grants-in-Aid of Research program supports research on inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). This research program helps advance prevention, treatments, health policy and, ultimately find cures. Grants support research projects with a defined objective, conducted by an investigator working alone or in collaboration with others.

Deadlines

Applications must be submitted through a two-stage application process. Applicants who submit a Letter of Intent are invited to submit a Full Application by the deadline specified.

  1. Letters of Intent are due by 11:59 pm (EST) on Monday, November 20, 2017.
  2. Full applications are due by 11:59 pm (EST) on Friday, January 19, 2018.
