Description
The objective of CNFASAR is to advance recovery outcomes for aquatic species at risk by supporting multi-year, multi-partner, and multi-species stewardship projects that use place- or threat-based approaches to deliver recovery measures for aquatic species at risk.
DFO has identified 9 priority freshwater places and 2 priority marine threats to inform decision-making under CNFASAR. In this fourth round of CNFASAR, strong projects that support implementation of key recovery actions and are outside these priorities will also be eligible.
