Description

In addition to the grants available through the RDMM, we are offering a number of Angel grants up to $5000, two larger grants up to $10,000 and one up to $25,000.

If you are interested, please send a Letter of Interest, including how our funding has assisted your research in the past and how it will promote your research in the future.

To be awarded a grant, you must be attached to a qualified donee (typically your University), must be researching something that will further knowledge of, treatment of, or even a cure for the Dravet spectrum of disorders.

We are interested in everything from genetic research to stop the disorder from progressing as soon as it is recognized in infants, through halting regression in children and adults after the disorder has progressed.

Anything that can improve the lives of families living with Dravet may be funded.

Please share with your colleagues, as we are also interested in the economic burden of this disease; best educational methods (considering that seizures often steal skills and they need to be re-learned); behavioural, gait and balance issues; etc.

If you have any ideas about how we can support your research, please add them to this form “Help us help you”. Thank you.https://forms.gle/qrhHhKmMZ7vj9wdu6
