Description

Elevation Research Grants are designed to support innovative research focused on glioblastoma, the most common and most aggressive malignant primary brain tumour, affecting four out of every 100,000 people in Canada. These grants are open to outstanding researchers pursuing basic, clinical, translational or population-based studies in neuro-oncology, with a strong emphasis on originality, collaboration and meaningful impact for patients and families affected by brain tumours. Elevation Grants offer up to $50,000 for one year, with the potential for a second year of funding based on progress and impact. Through this program, Brain Tumour Foundation of Canada continues its commitment to advancing research that deepens understanding, improves care and brings us closer to better outcomes for the brain tumour community.
