About the sponsors

Asthma Canada is the only national, volunteer-driven charity, solely devoted to enhancing the quality of life for people living with asthma and respiratory allergies. For more than 40 years, Asthma Canada has proudly served as the national voice for Canadians living with asthma. We empower patients with evidence-based information, education programs and support asthma research in Canada. Our vision at Asthma Canada is a future without asthma.

The Canadian Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology Foundation (CAAIF) is a non-profit organization founded in 1995, to invest in research leading to new and better treatments that improve the lives of Canadians living with allergy, asthma and immunologic diseases. The CAAIF Research Advisory Committee strives to use innovative approaches to ensure a fair and transparent adjudication process based on the most current evidence. As such, grant adjudication processes are tailored to each grant in order to best meet their specific objectives.
