The Trans-Atlantic Platform for Social Sciences and Humanities is delighted to announce that its fourth joint funding opportunity on Democracy, Governance and Trust has launched. The deadline to submit the required notice of intent is September 15, 2023, and the deadline to submit the full application is November 6, 2023.

The call brings together research funding organizations from countries in South America, Africa, North America, and Europe, and will support international projects that contribute to our understanding of how democracy, governance, and trust play a role in tackling both short-term crises and long-term challenges.

March – June 2024 – Experts Panel Evaluation
July – August 2024 – Notice of funding decision
September 2024 – Start date of awards

Canadian applicants can request up to $200,000 over three years.
