They will help to ensure the application is appropriately processed.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.mun.ca\/research\/about\/rgcs\/facilitators.php\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Your unit\u2019s Grant Facilitator<\/a>, if applicable to your unit<\/li>\n<li>The RGCS Workflow Coordinator<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Add these team members in the initial stage of your application to ensure that they are able to assist in the processing of your application. <strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">These individuals will be in contact with you while you are drafting and before you submit your application, so do not add them at the last minute.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Who is your Grant Facilitator?<\/strong><br \/>\nCheck this <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mun.ca\/research\/about\/rgcs\/facilitators.php\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">webpage<\/a> to find out who your Grant Facilitator is.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Who is the RGCS Workflow Coordinator?<\/strong><br \/>\nThis is a staff member in RGCS who can make sure your application is routed properly.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How do you add these people to the application?\u00a0<\/strong><br \/>\nAdd the Grant Facilitator by name. In the Other Project Member Info section, click <strong>Add New<\/strong>. Click <strong>Search Profiles<\/strong>. Type your Grant Facilitator&#8217;s last name and click Search. Then click <strong>Select<\/strong> once you find the Grant Facilitator. Use the Role in Project drop-down menu and select <em>Grant Facilitator<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>To add the RGCS Workflow Coordinator, click <strong>Add New<\/strong> in the Other Project Member Info section. Click <strong>Search Profiles<\/strong>. Type your <em>RGCS<\/em> in the Last Name field and click <strong>Search<\/strong>. Then click <strong>Select<\/strong> once you find RGCS Workflow Coordinator.
