Memorial University provides organizational, advisory and application services in support of researchers applying for funding, ranging in size, scope and complexity.
Researchers are encouraged to avail themselves of funding opportunities identified in this support site but should they identify a funding opportunity not previously identified by the University, they are advised to contact their respective faculty grant facilitators or Research Initiatives & Services (RIS) to determine whether the University can sign a funding agreement with this external funding party.
Researchers are strongly encouraged to avail themselves of the expertise and experience which their respective faculty Grant Facilitators can provide them in identifying sources of funding and in crafting their proposal. In addition to helping craft the proposal they support the researcher in identifying the necessary approvals which are required before a proposal can be submitted to the funding agency.
